About soar your way

Established in 2013, Project Soar (PS) is a registered Moroccan charitable association and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States, headquartered in Marrakech. Its mission is to empower teen girls to become the leaders of today and tomorrow.

Over the past decade, Project Soar has developed, implemented, and continuously refined a structured empowerment model combining leadership development, life skills, gender awareness, and community engagement.

Soar Your Way is the digital learning platform created to transfer this field-tested methodology to facilitators, NGOs, and partners worldwide, enabling consistent, high-quality implementation across different contexts.

Our mission and learning approach

We believe that sustainable empowerment requires more than inspiration. It requires structured learning, practical tools, and well-trained facilitators. Our educational approach is based on:

learning by doing and reflection,
progressive skill development,
contextual adaptation to local realities,
and strong ethical standards in facilitation and representation.

All courses and manuals available on this platform are designed to support facilitators not only in what to do, but in how and why to do it.
