Soar Your Way (SYW) is a flexible empowerment model based on Project Soar’s structured 25-workshop curriculum. It equips teen girls with confidence, leadership skills, body awareness, knowledge of their rights, and tools to plan their futures, organized around the principles of Value, Voice, Body, Rights, and Path.

Soar Your Way Support

SYW is designed for NGOs, community organizations, and donors working with adolescent girls in diverse contexts. Implementation partners can tailor the program to their communities, whether they work with refugee girls, rural communities, incarcerated teens, or displaced women.

Project Soar ensures high-quality delivery through:

The curriculum includes 25 workshops divided into five modules:

Value: self-worth, confidence, collaboration

Voice: speaking skills, messaging, debate

Body:health, menstruation, adolescence, emotional management

Rights: equality, education, protection from violence and child marriage

Path: goal-setting, action planning, education pathways, healthy relationships
