To enable facilitators to establish and sustain SOAR Clubs that provide ongoing peer support, leadership opportunities, and continued empowerment for participants beyond formal workshop sessions.

1. Define the purpose and benefits of SOAR Clubs and explain their role in sustaining participant empowerment
2. Launch and structure a SOAR Club with clearly defined member roles and responsibilities
3. Plan club activities that embody the SOAR spirit and maintain effective club documentation through reporting
